From Pregnancy To Motherhood: Introducing Baby Fleur

Hey there beautiful people. Firstly I sincerely apologise for going missing on the blogging front these past few months. The reason for my absence… my tribe have been adjusting at becoming a family of 4. Introducing Baby Fleur (nickname) our 2nd little bundle of Joy who made her entrance into the world via a 2nd planned waterbirth at 39+5 weeks gestation on Monday 4th June 11:30am weighing a healthy 3.25kg.

I just feel beyond blessed to now be a mother of two and look forward to seeing my Newborn daughter grow, develop and thrive alongside her 2.4 year old brother Eco.

As for me, I had a fantastic, empowering hypnobirthing waterbirth despite my partner not being present as he was outside in the waiting room with little Eco but plan to share my experience with you all later on in the week please god.

Conscious I haven’t published a post in a while, I wanted to let those that do not follow me on social media that my 6 week old breastfed baby is safely here and is doing really well despite initial challenges of her choking at the beginning of each nursing session thanks to an extremely fast let down coupled with an overbundant milk supply.

Keeping this post short and sweet as baby Fleur is due a nappy change and nursing session before I set about the task of getting the children fed, dressed and out of the house ON Time in order for Eco to enjoy a stay and play session our local children’s centre.

My Hospital Bag Essentials For Eco-conscious Women will be going live on Wednesday with my Labour and Waterbirth Story to follow in the latter part of the week please god.

Wishing you all a FAB, productive week ahead x
