Overview Of Oscha Slings

Oscha is a reputable Eco friendly UK based babywearing company who pride themselves on having excellent ethical and sustainable values.

As well as being a carbon-neutral company, all babywearing products are made with zero-waste.

Fabrics used are woven in the British Isles from responsibly sourced yarns before being lovingly handcrafted into an array of beautiful slings, wraps and carriers in their solar-powered Scottish workshop.

Buyer’s of their babywearing products can also be assured that each sling sold contributes to their growing Oscha grove which  helps to reforest the Scottish Highlands.

Founded by mum Zoe, Oscha began when her love for wrapping became a day to day life-saver after her twin boys were born just 16 months after her daughter came into this world.

With a passion for slings and for design, Zoe’s vision of a wrap company which offers parents elegant, colourful baby carriers quickly became a reality.

Zoe and the Oscha team continue to design unique woven patterns and use innovative weaving techniques to make baby carrying a beautiful and comfortable experience for all.

Overview Of Woven Wings

Woven Wings is owned and run by Sarah and Christina. From the outset, we have worked in partnership with one of the UK’s only high-end luxury fashion mills. With a longstanding heritage  in the weaving industry creating refined bespoke fabrics, this partnership is the pillar of what makes Woven Wings unique.

Their goal is to deliver attainable luxury by finding the right balance between availability and demand in a complex and ever-changing market. Ethically sourcing their materials to make woven wraps is also high on this babywearing brands priority due to placing the utmost importance on carefully sourcing yarns and checking animal welfare.

This includes using a specialist farm in Australia from their merino wool, ensuring their bourette silk is composed of largely of mulberry silk waste (ie, noils from the combing process for spun silks) and Tussah noils for some of the colours.

The other lucky person chosen at random will win themselves a super stunning Size 7 Catch A Rainbow baby wrap kindly donated by the ladies over at Woven Wings. Composed of 100% Egyptian Cotton and woven in the ever popular pocketweave double weave, catch a rainbow will break in very easily making this an excellent choice for babies and toddlers alike.
