Living Arrows Week 27/52 (2017) My Boy Is Now 16 Months Old

Welcome back to one of my favourite parts of the week, where I share with you beautiful people another instalment of Living Arrows.

For those not familiar it is a weekly series hosted by the lovely Donna Wishart of What The Redhead Said where parents are invited to share and capture moments in their little’s childhood. Here’s what Eco got up to last week…

Living Arrows

The #LivingArrows project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran

“You are the bows from which your children are sent forth”

Week 27

In what seems to be a blink of an eye my little Eco turned 16 months old last week Wednesday and without fail my significant other and I always seem to get extremely reflective with each month that Eco reaches. Looking back at his photographs taken over the last year and 4 months Eco has not changed much feature wise since his arrival, if anything he just now looks more grown up and less baby like whilst his baby rolls he once had have all but gone!

This picture was taken at our local Hartbeeps toddler class and love it for so many reasons. He continues to develop and thrive, and can now comfortably make several animal sounds. Speech wise he can only say a handful of words but expect this to pick up over the coming months please god.

I aim to write up a 16 month update as I don’t think I’ve ever written an in depth one before and will be good to document his accomplishments whilst monitoring the things he has yet to master.

I’m going to see what the rest of the #LivingArrows community have been up to before writing up yet more posts for you beautiful people (taking advantage whilst Eco is napping)

Do ensure to check back next week to see what Eco got up to in Week 28.
