As we reminisce on the awesome creations displayed during London Fashion Week, wouldn’t it be awesome if we had a week in London to celebrate all thing Health and Wellbeing? Well, those dreams have now become a reality as London gears up to launchLondon Health Week! In its first year, from 20th April – 26th April 15, fellow Londoners can look forward to HUGE discounts on food, cold press juices, sports / activewearwhilst trying new fitness classes, attending fantastic workshops, getting involved in talks and debates on the latestwellness trends, discover innovative health productsand meeting new like-minded individuals. Now before I go into more detail about the two different types of wristbands available and of course the many reasons why you too should get involved, I’ve some exciting news to share with you all….
The lovely folks over at London Health Week HQ asked me to be a London Health Week Ambassador to which I am absolutely ecstatic about! Encouraging others to lead a health conscious and active lifestyle is one of my deepest passions in life so to be involved as an Ambassasor is a pretty amazing feeling. With that out of the way (someone pinch me already) I am now going to share with you some of the AMAZING discounts you can expect from participating brandsweek commencing 20th April 2015.

Supernatural juice bar in Canary Wharf and Old Street station will be offering 50% offfood and drink, highly acclaimed raw food restaurant Tanya’s Café will treat guests to 20% off all food and drink items whilst Raw Press are offering 50% off their signature ‘Uprooted’ juice plus 20% offall online orders. Itsu will offer 50% off their hot food items as well as 50% off Wild Food Cafe’s signature dishes to name just a few.
Talks and Events
LDN Health Week have more than a few inspiring talks taking place around London including the ever delightful Toral Shah from The Urban Kitchenwhere she will be discussing ‘Preventing Cancer Through Nutrition’ and Wunder Workshop discusses “Inflammation and our Health”: in particular how our diet and lifestyle plays a vital role in how we deal with external stress whilstshowcasing their Aruyvedic Golden Mylk product.
As for events festival goers can can expect a party with a difference as Raw Pressset to host a veriety of super cool and fun evenings including a ‘Cold Pressed Juice Cocktail Party’ with energising DJ sets, global themed supperclubs AND movie nights at their Dover Street location throughout the week.

To get involved in London Health Week, festival goers must buy a LHW wristband for £10 either online or at designated hubs. VIP wristbands are also available for £20 and come with an assortment of different treats in your goodie bag from some of the top brands in London.
The wristband gives users access to all the amazing discounts, talks, events, tours and classes from almost 100 exciting partners, with new updates, offers and events on the LHW website each day.
With London Health Week being just days away, I highly encourage you to get involved whilst wristbands are still available to purchase.
