Everybody knows Spinach is 1 of the best sources of vitamins and nutrients but eating enough of the plant alone can be a chore to say the least.
Spinach powder may be the answer you are looking for, I get a 500g pack from Ebay for about £7.
It takes 12 kg of raw Spinach to make just 1 kg of powder (no typo) so you are getting all the goodness of Spinach condensed in a much more practical form.
I usually have a heaped teaspoon in hot water 2-3 times a day, this is my tea substitute but much more nutritious.
1 heaped teaspoon weighs about 7 grams, which gives me the equivalent of eating 84 grams of Spinach which only comes in at around 19 calories.
For those 19 calories though you get Fibre, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Antioxidants and whole host of other great nutrients.
What a great way to start your day.
