Now this is not your typical protein shake or energy bar the brand is renowne for, this product is…. Wait for it…. a superfood blend! My Thoughts

Aside from being high in fibre, containing no added sugar (sucralose) and only 31 calories per serving (1 scoop 10 g),  what I particularly like about this formula the inclusion of numerous micronutrients I have on a daily basis, including  but not limited to Spirulina, Barely Brass, Wheatgrass, Goji Berries and Acai Berries which makes the price of £29.99 for a 500 g tub pretty reasonable considering the cost of Spirulina and Acai Berry Powder on their own.

As far as taste goes, it has a pleasant hint of summer berries without being too overpowering. For me, it is not tastiest green powder I have had the pleasure of tasting, but would still recommend investing in a tub or two should you be looking to increase your micronutrient intake without the heavy price tag purchasing superfoods usually comes with.

I shall conclude my thoughts by expressing this product should NOT be used as a meal replacement, but simply to consume as part of a healthy, balanced diet either mixed with just water or in your favorite drink /  homemade smoothie.
